Who Should Apply?

We strive to offer attendees a diverse shopping experience. Acceptance is based on product quality, uniqueness, and maintaining a balanced mix of vendors rather than on a first-come, first-served basis.

We strive to offer a unique blend of businesses and products with businesses including the following and beyond -

  • Independent dyers

  • Yarn shops

  • Shepherds and mills

  • Fibre producers

  • Tool makers

  • Pattern designers

  • Spinners

  • Weavers

  • Needle felting

  • Rug hooking

  • Fibre-related organizations

We welcome businesses whose work is rooted in the fibre arts. This includes yarn, fibre, tools, patterns, equipment, and select fibre-based handmade goods. General craft items that are not fibre-related are not a good fit for this event.

Booth Information

For our inaugural event, Purl & Ply will host just over 50 carefully curated vendors in a mix of 10' × 10' and 8' × 8' booth spaces.

Our 10' × 10' booths include access to electricity, making them ideal for vendors who require power. 8' × 8' booths do not include electricity.

Tables are not provided, but they may be rented in advance if needed. Vendors are also welcome to bring their own tables, displays, and fixtures to create a booth that best represents their business.

Complimentary public Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue; however, vendors should note that, as with any public network, connection speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed.

Application Process

  1. Submit an application

  2. Applications to be reviewed

  3. Successful Applicants receive an acceptance email

  4. Payment confirms your space

  5. Vendor Packages will be sent closer to the event

Due to the careful consideration we are giving our blend of vendors, as well as our mix of booth sizes - not all acceptance emails will be delivered at the same time.
