The venue will be open for vendors to come set up:
Friday April 23 - 4pm - 8pm
Saturday April 24 - 7am - 10am

Tear down will begin after the market ends at 4pm on Saturday, April 24.
We ask all vendors to be cleaned up and out of the building by 6pm.
Please note: Early teardown will not be permitted. All vendors must remain set up, and staffed until 4pm.

After you have unloaded - you will be asked to park in the gravel parking lot north of the building.

Yes! There are 2 large garage doors that will be opened for vendors to unload.
We ask that you unload your supplies, quickly, and then move and park your vehicle so other vendors can unload.

Your booth will consist of either a 10×10 or 8×8 space. Depending on your location - you may have 1 or 2 traffic facing sides.
Tables are not included with your booth. You are welcome to bring your own - or rent as many as you like with your vendor fees. Tables will be $15 each to rent.
Each booth will be supplied with 2 chairs.

We ask there be no tents set up with canopies.
All booths must stay within their allotted space, and not encroach on neighbouring booths, or walkways.

Electricity is provided to Premium booths around the perimeter of the space. Please bring an extension cord in case you require to share an outlet.
We are trying to provide an area for vendors without electricity to re-charge devices and will update if that becomes available.
Public wi-fi is available free of charge.

Yes! Liability Insurance is required in the amount of $2 Million with Purl & Ply named.
Proof of insurance is required one week before the event.

Yes! We will be posting regularly on social media to promote both our vendors and the event, as well as having a vendor listing page on our website.
Please ensure you have provided us with a logo for your business, and product example photos.

You will be supplied with a Vendor image to post on social media.
Our hashtag will be #purlandply - please use to help us spread the word!
